The Service accesses your Google Ads data through the Google Ads API. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• You may revoke access at any time through the Service settings or your Google Account permissions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

AI-generated analysis and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the data and insights provided by the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis or recommendation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GMLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the Service settings.
